Selah's still asleep. A load in the washer, a load in the dryer. I've pumped extra breast milk. I've eaten lunch. This is more than I've accomplished all week! I thought I'd take a few minutes to blog.
Selah is 4 weeks old yesterday. It's gone by so fast. I want to yell at her, "STOP GROWING! This is happening faster than Mommy can handle!" I love hugging on her, holding her til she falls asleep, kissing her sweet face. I've been wanting to blog about everything, every experience I've had with her but I haven't had the time. I really don't want to forget these times while she's so small. But since I don't have the time to commemorate them all with blog posts, I'll settle for enjoying them moment by moment.
I've been thinking a lot about what this blog is about. I'm afraid this is going to turn into a mommy blog. I want it to more than that but how shall I record all these memories? Should I create another blog for Selah stories and newsletters? Do you want to hear about pooping horror stories and the scary waters of parenting? What do you think? Should I compartmentalize?
Because every post is better with a picture. Selah at one week.
Things to look forward to- the vanity that comes with babies, her birth story in segments

I LOVE your new picture on your blog! I think that you should include Selah in your blog for a few reasons. 1, she is a huge part of your life, and I like to hear about her and her growth just as much as I like to hear about you and your growth lol. 2, raising children will "work on your sanctification" hahaha, so you can share with us things you have learned, and help us to grow in that way too.
